About the team:

We are a truly global team of communicators supporting the L1 leaders in the Customer Services & Delivery Board area. Despite being geographically dispersed, we maintain a strong culture of mutual support and understanding. Our diverse backgrounds and perspectives strengthen our engagement with our various stakeholders. While each of us works closely with the individual executives on internal and external communications, such as e.g. All Employee Meetings and keynote presentations, we actively collaborate and share experiences whenever possible.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Communications iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Executive & Integrated CommunicationsWork Area: Communication

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support the Executive Communications Leads in their day-to-day work for the CS&D L1 leaders
  • Produce compelling content that tells our stories in innovative and inspiring ways to different target audiences
  • Support the creation of all aspects of on-stage materials including content/graphics, animations, videos, demos etc
  • Help to manage end-to-end communications projects and event-related deliverables, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders, timelines, and content to support high-impact executive engagements
  • Researching, writing, and building speeches, keynotes, and other content to be delivered by the L1 leaders based on audience requirements and business objectives
  • Craft other related communication activities and assets (e.g. social media posts, briefing books, blog posts, video scripts and more)

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Experience with storytelling, presentation development, communications
  • General interest in IT topics should be given, but more than this it’s important that you are eager to learn new things to understand the content we are communicating
  • Very good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle more than one project simultaneously, ability to balance workload, and stay organized. Not shy to ask for support when needed
  • Project management minded, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work in global teams and hybrid workplace
  • Sound command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus
  • Student in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Management
  • Active student status during the entire internship is required

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
