Tasks
- Compiling and managing product information for Customer Support teams in the product information Sharepoint Site
- Conducting analysis of productperformance and issues from Customer Support interactions
- Creating reports on theresults of analysis
- Working and collaborating with other departments and Nintendo European offices
Requirements
- The internship has to bemandatory for your current studies in the fields of product lifecyclemanagement, engineering or business processes
- The minimum length of the mandatory internship should be 6 months
- Interest inproduct Customer Experience
- Very good English skills, another European language would be a plus
- Very good MS Office skills, knowledge of Sharepoint sites is a plus
- Passion for games and the video game industry
