Job Description:

We are seeking an Intern / Working Student Operations (SCM & Client Delivery)to join our team of innovators. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing groundbreaking solutions that solve real-world problems. You will work alongside a team of experts who are committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible and driving innovation forward. Your Impact:

• You will specialize in one of the two areas:
• Supply Chain focus: You’ll take ownership of our office warehouse, a critical hub for our day-to-day operations in Germany, and ensure its smooth functioning
• Delivery Team focus: You’ll support infield activities (installation and maintenance of KONUX devices) including preparation of training materials.
• You’ll support high-impact daily operations while working closely with the team to drive efficiency and success through administrative and hands-on work.
• You’ll lead and contribute to diverse projects across Operations, Shipping, Warehousing, and Inventory Management, taking full responsibility for some initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

• Be currently enrolled at a university in economics, business management, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on Operations, Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with tasks like preparing shipments, packing and repacking, doing cycle counts, going to the field, etc, contributing directly to our operational success.
• Be proactive, not afraid to ask questions, enjoy teamwork, be enthusiastic & willing to learn, and have a strong IT affinity working in a modern environment.
• Be based in Munich and be willing to work on-site (on-site work 80%)
• Be fluent in English and (ideally) German.
• Be a go-getter and a problem-solver who's always looking for ways to improve and make a real impact.
