We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Creative Communications Intern.
As a Creative Communications Intern, you will…
  • Assist in the development and execution of internal communications campaigns.
  • Create visually appealing content using design software like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
  • Contribute to the management of Internal communications assets (digital and printed), presentations, to ensure standardization across the EMEA region
  • Support the Head of Internal communications on branding management, .
  • Participate in project meetings and support project management tasks, helping to streamline workflow and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct research on market trends and customer experience, assisting in crafting data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate across departments to support various communication needs and reinforce brand consistency.
Who are we looking for?
  • Interested in learning internal communications strategy, branding – incl. visual design, and project management.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), Canva and Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of employee branding, and campaign development.
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with data-driven skills to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Passion to work with communicators across 24 countries in the DSC EMEA region, guide and support them on campaign related assets
  • Interest to develop digital skills, update the employee intranet, rethink User Experience and update with content that is easier to understand and drives engagement
  • Currently pursuing a master’s in communications, Design, marketing or other related fields.
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus.
