Reporting & Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on the ROI of CRM activations, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and conversion.

Event Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events focused on data capture and lead conversion.
  • Analyze event data to measure the effectiveness of data capture and lead generation strategies.

Data Management & Integrity:

  • Monitor and follow-up on database ticket creation to enhance the sanity and accuracy of our customer database.
  • Collaborate with the data team to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data cleansing and enrichment processes.

CRM Project Support:

  • Provide support for Richemont CRM projects, including our clienteling app and digital catalogue initiatives.
  • Assist with user testing, documentation, and training related to new CRM features and functionalities.
  • Contribute to the development of communication materials to promote CRM adoption and engagement.

Training & Evangelisation:

  • Evangelize and train local markets and HQ teams on new CRM systems and best practices.
  • Maintain and update the training structure, shared spaces, and documentation to ensure resources are current and accessible.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to promote effective use of CRM tools and strategies

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

  • University degree in Business, Economics
  • Hands-on personality that is used to work independently, very organized and has a strong attention for details
  • First practical experience in the field of marketing activation. Knowledge of CRM and digital tools is required (Salesforce and Google Analytics are a plus)
  • Business fluent English skills are required, German or French is a plus
